Very good
Liked: The hotel is very well placed, 10 minutes walk to the city center. The parking is very convenient, at a garage nearby.
Disliked: The rooms look a little bit old, it remembered me about childhood.

Very well located in the...
Liked: Of the 4 out of 5 nights I stayed my room was comfortable and quiet and I appreciated a bathroom with a bath. The room was what one would expect for a 3 star hotel. The staff were pleasant, efficient and helpful at the front desk and in the breakfast room, The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting the Giotto Chapel, The Basilica di San Antonio and the Prato delle Valle.
Disliked: My first night at the hotel when I had a different room as I was told there were no others available for my five night stay - this had a very strange large bathroom; about to be converted or had been converted for wheelchair use? But no handrails in evidence. The shower had been moved away from the drain to the other side of the room and consequently the water didn't drain properly making most of the floor surface wet and slippery. I found this unsafe until I put newspaper down (the plastic mat was inadequate) and I can't believe that the room would have been passed by a hotel inspector. The room had 3 pin plugs with adapters for 2 pin plugs but the only socket available for a 2 pin plug was in the bathroom. All rather DIY. The room was also noisy with noise coming from adjacent rooms. I can't vouch for the other rooms on the same side of the corridor but my advice to future visitors - avoid Room 106!

Liked: Very cleanComfortable Staff greatFor the price excellent breakfast which surprised me I only have yougout and fruit but there were many other things including meats and cheeses
Disliked: Walls not very soundproofWoman next to me was fighting (screaming) every time I was in the room and I finally had to call the front desk at 10 pm one nightThe person at the desk took care of it
