Exceptional
Liked: The breakfirst is very good and it's very convenient to get Central station by bus 92. The host is very kind and nice. Good memory in Milano!!

Liked: The location is okay, not far from the city centre. The staff was helpful.
Disliked: This place needs renovation, you can see peeling paint and mold everywhere.The breakfast is very poor and served in basement.Pillows are very uncomfortable.

Liked: The staff was friendly, the location was excellent, and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: When we arrived, our room was not ready as promised. Unfortunately, the room renovation was very poorly done, with everything looking outdated and worn. There was mold in bathroom. The lighting in our room was very poor, and there was no soundproofing. The breakfast restaurant was with a limited selection, and we noticed mold on the walls...

Superb
Liked: Short walk from the metro and short bus ride going to the central train station.The room was just the right size which I can move around, and a bonus outside space (terrace) that looks on some vegetation and terraces of the neighbours.The bed was like a small double size and comfortable. The staff were friendly. There was a lift.
Disliked: Noises from banging doors of other guests.
