Excellent Hotel to stay

Liked: Hotel is very centric and easy to find.
Disliked: Breakfast is OK but I would prefer the scramble eggs not so raw. By making my reservation in Booking.com I was required to pay it all in advance, this is not good because I needed to move another city, and I have to pay extra nights there and I was not able to cancel those days in the hotel.

Nice place; but the price...

Disliked: New clean and nice hotel room. But at the end things are missing which; from my point of view; are standard now a days. Like …. inroom coffee machine; drink glasses; a second basket …. The little things in life

Liked: Spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff, the spa facilities are excellent, breakfast was delicious, the Bolzano card was an excellent way to see the area.
Disliked: Not one thing

Liked: On balance, this is a decent hotel to stay in. Pros: Great spa and swimming facilities, includes Bolzano card with free public transport, fairly priced, clean hotel rooms and located close to BolzanoCons: Large hotel with many other guests, despite being a family owned hotel we didn’t feel a personal touch or service (we stayed for our honeymoon but was treated like any other guest), the half board option is convenient but pricey ( c. 41 Euro at the time of writing per person per night) and the food wasn’t that nice (the food was mass produced and despite being a three course half board, our main was a steak that we had to pick up from a warming plate filled with steaks for other guests. The outcome is a meal that does not taste freshly cooked. Potatoes were also too salty for our liking.) wifi was also patchy in the hotel rooms Summary: probably a fine stay for a family wanting convenience but for a couple on holiday for a special occasion, you may not receive a personalised or warm welcoming treatment.
