Not bad, but very overpriced!!!...

Liked: Overall it was not bad: the room is clean, the lady changes towels every day, makes the bed, the bed clothes are white and very clean, the receptionists were nice and helpful. The pillows are horrible though - extremely small and totally flat. I must say though that immediately on our arrival for some reason they gave us a bigger room than we booked, I don’t know why. But the bigger room was definitely better than a smaller one because it was small anyway. Thank God the water in shower WAS indeed very hot! At least something :)
Disliked: But the hotel looks much worse on the reality than in the pictures. The room was cold! Like really cold! No toiletries al all! Only shower gel. Imagine - no soap to wash hands!!! We had to ask for toilet paper! Twice! Because there was no sigle spare roll. They would give us one, and obviously it finishes and we need to ask for another one. This is ridiculous! So overall I cannot say we had any pleasant memories from the hotel.

Liked: The location of the hotel is very good. Everything is quite close. If you are not lazy to walk.The hotel is clean, beautiful, but small.The maids clean the rooms very nicely. Cute.The staff is very nice.Thank you very much to them.
Disliked: I didn't like that there is no curtain in the bathroom, because the water splashes a lot when bathing. But the bathroom is beautiful. It's cold, even though we turned on the heating at full power. No electrical sockets by the bed.

Liked: Super friendly staff, we could check in early even though our room wasn’t ready, the receptionist sorted a different room out for us! Everything was very tidy and clean, the hotel is furnished nice and modern. The bathtub in the bathroom was a dream! its very central and you can get everywhere by bus or metro easily.
