Very good

Passable stay but not recommended.

Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: Noise from bars and clubs.Difficult drop off and pick up location. Room was very average

Amazing family time comfortable and...

Liked: First off I must say the staff are all amazing, from front desk to wait staff they all did an excellent job! They made everything smooth and convenient for us, specially since we were travelling with 2 children, it was my daughter’s birthday getaway and she had a fabulous time all thanks to the wonderful staff.

great location and good value...

Liked: the hotel is right next to World Square shopping centre and central to everything

Because of the heating/cooling set...

Liked: Room was ok. Block out blind was broken but got by. My big issue was when we got there it was cold in room which has a split system in it. I tried to adjust temp but it wouldn’t work. Rang reception to find out they control temp from there. It took about 2 hours and 4 calls and a face to face to get the temp I wanted. Turned it of to sleep and when I went to turn on in the morning it’s set at 18 degrees so I would have to call them again to try and get it warmer. Didn’t bother.

disapointing.

Liked: The location was decent.
Disliked: Toilet smelled quite bad and overall hotel just felt a bit dirty. I went to the gym and that was just embarrassing - worst gym I have seen.

As a place to stay...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was tight, the shower very small. The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. There was loud music (from a nightclub?) until very late/early morning.
