Perfect for a short stay...

Liked: Lovely room, friendly staff, great location, overall exactly what I was looking for.
Disliked: The main doors of the hotel are closed at night and there's no key to get in - my partner and I smoke, so when we wanted to go outside we had to ask a member of staff to let us out and in each time. They were friendly and helpful, it was just a bit of an awkward system!

Great hotel, near centre

Liked: Fantastic hotel next to the train station. We had to spend an unexpected night in Rennes due to our train being cancelled. Great room (upgraded at no extra cost) very well insulated (so quiet) and shower excellent. Definitely stay here again.

I do not recommend.

Liked: It was clean and comfortableish
Disliked: It was okay, but they advertised a facility of parking which they didn't have. It is at the station and costs about 30€ overnight - even if it is on their doorstep almost it is not affiliated with them at all!. There are no tea/coffee facilities- which is a bit ridiculous to pay 3€ for self service coffee in a communal area. & a very overpriced vending machine.The room was cold & the shower didn't drain so it was a flash fast shower and that was disappointing for the price.
