Liked: 1 plug socket in the room, bed was broken. No AC, heard people talking all night near the front door both nights even though the windows were closed. Bathroom door didn't shut properly or even lock. The main door to the room took ages to close. No where to keep drinks cool like a fridge, nowhere to make a coffee. Couldn't read the remote controller as everything rubbed off.

Liked: Really poor and not worth the money.Room, lobby and lofts wasn’t very clean.Only 1 pillow provided for a double room.The bathroom ceiling was see through and felt unsafe.The TV did not work.There was 1 plug in the room.The bedding was very basic. We were unable to check in when we wanted too.The location was very far away from central.

Chain Hotel but need to...

Liked: Easy to reach from train station by metro or tram. Breakfast was satisfactory. Receptionists were nice and willing to help. Price was reasonable during the time I visited
Disliked: Building looks so old and neglected. Elevators cabins werent seem confident but nothing happened. At 3rd floor fire door was broken and the sign was in italian. Bed pillows were to small (not a classic 50*70 cm)

Liked: The reception was really nice, it gave me a premium feeling when I first stepped in the hotel. Also the staff was really nice.
Disliked: The location is a bit sketchy at night, but the main concern I had was the cleanliness in the bathroom. Also there was a pregnant smell of pee in there.
