Not a pleasent stay, not...

Liked: Location & Staff
Disliked: Size of room way too small for the price, Mattress/Pillows very poor quality, Window defective (..would not close), loud music outside until past 1AM & bedroom walls too thin.. you could easily hear next door neighbors.

Improve customer service skills of...

Disliked: The staff at the reception should work on customer service skills. Specially to have a smile and greet the guest well. They were few who were very grumpy and did not give us a good vibe ( did not even greet or smile ). Portugal being the tourist desination this shouldbe rhe utter priority. Specifically the 2 individuals I don't get their names.
