Wow, what a night!

Liked: Comfortable bed. Some of the staff were very helpful but got things wrong.
Disliked: Being locked out of the hotel at 9.30 pm in zero degrees due to the door code not working and it was a new code as the first one didn't work either!

Comfortable & clean but not...

Liked: Location & comfortable bed
Disliked: The bathroom didn’t smell great. Unfortunately sleep quality was poor as there was some sort of animal chewing & scratching on the ceiling above my bed all night. The walls are very thin so it was noisy at times too.

Liked: We liked the help we had from one of the staff when the number of the room we were given didn't work and we were given a new one with the assurance that the number would work for the main door as well. The young man who helped us was lovely except he didn't get the new number to open the front door. (see don't likes) We also liked the young lad who is doing work experience, who was very polite, kind and helpful. 5 stars to him.
Disliked: What we didn't like was being locked outside in very cold temperatures because the new number DIDN'T operate the main door. If it hadn't been for two men who came out for a cigarette we could have been outside for hours.
