Great location not good value...

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: We booked the cozy room which was indeed cozy. We only stayed for 2 nights so didn’t need a lot of space however there was only a very a mall space with a handful of hangers to hang a-few items. No draws to utilise, The part that held the shower was also broken so had to be hand held. The room was also dirty. Two large stains in the bathroom and I don’t believe under the bed has ever been cleaned. And although the location is great for travel, this does unfortunately come with the noise of trains/ metro that can be heard and felt as they go by.

Liked: very good experience, great location! helpful staff, very interesting and happy interior concept and decor - I loved it!comftable bed, room not too big, but for short stay it was sufficient. Coffee, tea and small snacks available at the reception level for free. Also - water fountains with drinking water at the corriors. Smart concept.
Disliked: I did not find anything

Liked: Beautifully decorated, excellent location near grand place and train station. The room would have been more comfortable if it had some shelving to store Clothes

Liked: The hotel's location is great being close to the central square and numerous restaurants and bars. Free coffee in the hotel was a bonus.
Disliked: The rooms are small. Our room didn't have any draws to put things in.

Liked: Excellent service! They allowed early check-in upon request. From the moment you step into the lobby, the aesthetics of the place are truly impressive—everyone can find a cozy spot to sit and relax after a long journey, with the added bonus of free, high-quality coffee ☕️. The hotel's layout is unique and memorable.The room was incredibly cozy, designed in warm tones. The shower was thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, making it both convenient and visually pleasing. There’s also an in-room coffee machine, and you can fill up the provided glass bottle with fresh water from the hallway fountain—huge respect for this feature! The room was also well-heated, which is definitely important. We felt completely relaxed and slept like babies on the comfortable bed.wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! If I visit Brussels again, this will be my go-to place. The location is also fantastic—everything interesting is within walking distance ♡.Another great perk: there’s an excellent gym included in the price! The reception area also features a bar and vending machines for guests’ convenience.Wishing this hotel continued success and prosperity! All the best.♡
