Disappointing

Liked: Good location .Very close to metro stations which makes it easy to get around. Close to many points of interest in the city.
Disliked: Although the rooms are renovated, poor maintenance is evident. The bed was very small and uncomfortable. Old windows, very poor soundproofing. Outside sounds made it difficult to sleep even late at night.

Liked: Location is great. Very quiet (taking into account that it is located in a center). Helpfull staff. No lift so very good for exercising :) Good breakfast (except coffee).
Disliked: Breakfast coffee was not tasty. It would be good to have at least small wardrobe in a room.

Disliked: Shower could be more enclosed to avoid majority of ensuite from getting wet Could be noisy at times due to being on a busy street

Liked: Location was excellent
Disliked: The queen room we were provided originally stunk of cigarettes, not really the hotels fault but wasn't ideal with myself and my partner being non-smokers

Bring your own mugs.

Liked: The location was good, as was the breakfast offering.The room was a good size, though we had upgraded the room when we noticed the original size was about 90 sq.ft. (which is very small).Bathroom was on the small side, but the beds were comfortable enough and the linen crisp and clean.The room could be described as a bit tatty.
Disliked: Score marked down for facilities, as although a kettle was provided, and 4 instant coffee sachets, there was nothing else; no tea, no milk/creamer, no sugar, not even any cups or mugs. Couldn't really see the point of the kettle
