Liked: Quiet, close to centre and station with airport bus stop right outside the front door, very comfortable bed
Disliked: We paid for a room with a terrace but there was no table and chairs like in the photos. I asked at reception and they said it's because it's raining but the whole day had been sunny with no rain at all so we ended up not using it and paid extra for nothing. No coffee, no bin, it's a shame they try to save a tiny amount of money not providing basic things as now we won't return or recommend it

Conveniently-located low key stay

Liked: It's a very simple and easy going hotel option in Santiago. The room was pretty small, but for the price you can't potentially get better than that. They allowed me check in prior to the official check-in time, and the staff was next level friendly helping me out with advice. Also the location is superb-close to the historical center and a brisk walk to the train station.
Disliked: The room was a bit too dark, having the only window facing inner shaft. Unfortunately, there was no kettle in the room and in the vending machine downstairs no hot water available, but it's a 2* hotel, so I guess it's fine. The code to the front door changes at some point in the evening, so my card didn't work anymore, but there was someone waiting with a new card: good thing I didn't come back at 3 am :)
