great place in Bologna

Liked: location is amazing, straight city centre. price is good. staff was very nice. free coffee/tea. I did not take breakfast so can't say anything about that. a restaurant nearby (trattoria biassanot) is highly recommended.

Good location, bad treatment and...

Liked: Location is the only point that nobody can complain about. 1
Disliked: Day staff was RUDE. Every question was met with a sight and a cut answer. Even though it says you can make check in at 2pm they would let us in (or even our bags) in the room until 4pm. Joseph was really the worst and after asking him why he was treating us that way the other blonde lady started to straight up ignore us. Making it really annoying since the hotel is not cheap to be able to justify bearing the treatment. For the bags, if you arrive early they will put them in the couch in front of the reception desk and say: "we will be here 24hours but will not take responsibility for anything if someone take it or else" with somewhat typical but with all the tone and the look of "i don't care" and the look of disgust, it made you feel not safe and not wanted like they were making you a huge favor when in reality we are paying customers and even when we had the right to keep our luggage safe in the room from 2pm.

Liked: Very good central location
Disliked: Old building that needs renovation. Dirty floor.

Good value for money

Liked: The location is perfect as the hotel is only about a 15 min walk from the train station and about the same distance from the city centre. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the vibe at night is quite good, too.
Disliked: The breakfast was okay but had a lack of variety. That being said, overall, the hotel is good value for money, I'd say.

Nice stay in Bologna

Liked: A spotlessly clean hotel within walking distance to everywhere. Just a 10-minute walk to the airport or intercity bus stops. It was in a safe location. Also, it was very kind of the staff at the reception to give us a city guide. We were very pleased.
Disliked: Maybe I couldn't turn on the air conditioner, I don't know, I think it was due to the central system. But the temperature of room was quite nice.

Fine place for a brief...

Liked: The hotel is pretty central, and good value for money. The room was small but fine for a short stay, there was a kettle and tea but no cups in the room. There were always staff at the desk and they were good about keeping our bags. When we found our assigned room was inaccessible (stairs from the elevator) they changed it for another that was OK.
Disliked: The beds were small and hard as rocks, and some of the staff were not very friendly. The decor was very grey and sparse and lacking in charm. There was only one chair.
