Don’t stay in the Annex

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.
Disliked: We stayed in a room in the annex. The room was very damp, and we even found slugs crawling on the carpet in the morning. We had read many great reviews about the hotel and believe the rooms in the main house have all been renovated. If you stay here, ask for a room in the main house when you book.

Liked: Really nice place😀We paid about 170€ for a night with breakfast included. The spa area was nice (might be too cold in the winter).

Liked: I needed a hotel close to the meetings I had over a 2 day periode and the location for me with Hotel Historischer Krug was perfect. very friendly staff, made me aware that due to low season I had to eat in a certtain time span, which was absolutely fine. I got a great room om the end of all, which meant I suppose that the room was really quite. I visited because of work and was very happy with the work area in my room and also the quality of the WiFi - never a cert that it works, but here it was great. breakfast was also great with all you could want for, and then some, I sense that many more than me was there for work, and all got their spacial orders for breakfast eggs - wich was kindly supplied.
Disliked: I find myself struggeling to find something, but should I point ous something it would be the food, I was asked to eat before a certain time (wich was fine) and there was not very much to chose from - dispite this, dinner was very expensive, and did not measure the quality, having said that it was enjoyable and wholesome.

Liked: A really nice place to stay and eat! Everything tip-top after the fire rebuild. Excellent staff and a really nice and friendly landlady! Highly recommended!!
