Lovely view quiet room balclny...

Liked: Breakfast ws a bit dry but everything available.Beds very comfy.
Disliked: Bar was closed.

Liked: I liked the approach of the stuff and despite the language barrier we understood each other. Breakfast was varied, there was a lot to choose from. The location of the hotel is also excellent. A big plus is a coffee machine in the room with a sufficient amount of capsules and water in the fridge.
Disliked: Take this as completely individual opinion. I do not like soft mattresses. And the one in the hotel was really soft. This is the only thing which bothered me. But as I said, it is purely subjective.

Liked: The location and the balcony view.And Julia the young woman that seemed to do everything in the hotel.
Disliked: The lack of air conditioning, the very uncomfortable old sunken bed with hard flat pillows. It was impossible to sleep well. Additionally, the (empty other hn 2 bottle of warm water) minibar refrigerator was not functioning, and it could not be repaired. Therefore, we had no opportunity to have ice or cold drinks in 33-degree temperates with no air conditioning.There were brownish black deposits between the tiles on the shower/tub and the balcony had dirt and spider webs in the corners. The bathroom had neither dressing gowns, slippers nor face coths. The body lotion provided smelled bad and made my skin itch.I had to buy facecloths in town as an added expense.Finally there was no reception after 6:00. This was very spooky. A dark entrance and no one to ask help from......4 stars is not an accurate rating here. The woman who patrolled the breakfast room was very unfriendly and never smiled or initiated a greeting. I think she worked as the manager. There was no warmth from her at all. We are accustomed to the traditional Viennese hospitality and charm. It was missing here. There was no Earl Grey tea either.
