Disliked: The noise of old A/C fan from the building was intolerable - it was almost impossible to sleep in room 334!I told this to reception and at 1am (when kids finally fell asleep), they offered us to relocate - are you serious?The room was filthy, dirty curtains with a hole, sofa bed is uncomfortable - kids basically slept on springs.There were plastic bags from previous guests in the bathroom shower.

Liked: I liked the area.
Disliked: I didn't like the last-minute "upgrade" I was sent by the facility.. The room definitely wasn't an upgrade. I really didn't like the treacherous spiral staircase to the bedroom. I didn't like being charged premium prices for such outdated rooms and poor ventilation systems. The beds weren't very comfortable, in my opinion. The worst was later being charged $300 for smoking in the room. I never smoked in the room. It may have been. because of my clothing. I don't ever smoke in my home or hotels. I called to speak to the front desk and they said it was the maid. I believe this happened because I did not leave gratuity for housekeeping because I meticulously picked up after myself, and I was so unimpressed with the whole establishment. I also thought there would be a view that was sadly always blocked by fog for my two days. I was celebrating my girlfriend's birthday from out of state, so complaining would have ruined her time. Now I know!!
