Liked: The hotel is located in a nice area close to the airport. There is an airport transfer. Spacious, well-equipped and beautiful room. Insanely comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Everything was excellent, thank you! :)

Liked: Very friendly staff. Large comfortable room for 3. Great location near airport but in a quiet neighborhood. Grocery store right down the street. Rental car company across the street. Only downside was no elevator which was ok for me but for some it could be difficult.

a total disaster!!

Disliked: There was a party until 22:00 where the children aged 6 - 12 ran up and down the passages knocking on doors of the rooms and then running away. I did complain and requested that they keep the children from the rooms side of the hotel but to no avail. It kept on until 22:00. this was extremely disturbing and disappointing because we had to get some sleep due to the fact that we had to get up at 05:00 to catch the shuttle bus for a flight back to Cape Town. The other occupants also complained. I also spoke to some of the parents.
