Good place to stay but...

Liked: The location is great, it is close to the famous castles and lakeside.The room was clean, quiet, and well-furnished. The breakfast was fine.The parking lot was also big and well-lit.
Disliked: The temperature of water in the bathroom has sudden changes where it gets too hot for a few seconds. Please get it fixed before someone is hurt.There is a lack of personnel at reception during rush hours, especially during breakfast and dinner time. We had a reservation for dinner, but the table was not ready at the reserved time. There is a sign in front of reception telling you that you should wait there until the personnel shows you your table. After waiting for 10 minutes, having no information when we would be given the table, we decided to leave and visit another restaurant in the region. We were waiting behind two other groups one of which also confirmed having a reservation and waiting for too long. The main idea of having a reservation is that the table waits for you instead of you waiting for a table. I would prefer if the reception declined our reservation request saying the restaurant was full instead of accepting it and keeping us lined up.It is on the expensive edge of pricing for what you get in return. This kind of pricing can be justified only with flawless service, which was missing.

Very pretty to look out...

Liked: Very pretty view out the window to the castle. Also decent parking area.
Disliked: The restaurant food made me very sick. The light kept turning off when I was in the shower and the restaurant workers weren’t very friendly.

Liked: A lovely hotel in a very scenic area. Free car park. The food was excellent, as well as the staff and facilities. We had a furnished balcony.
Disliked: Nothing. We would have appreciated air conditioning as it was very hot.

Disliked: Really too expensive for a 3-star hotel.Included breakfast was very disappointing. There was better breakfast in another room but it was not for us. I suggest you don't get the included breakfast and decide on the spot.
