Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were very helpful especially Johnathan on the desk when we checked in went above and beyond

Liked: Very nice and atmospheric place in the centre of Stockholm. Room was small but cozy, very nice small bathroom. Everything was clean. Very nice and friendly staff. There is sauna for guests and twice a week there are jazz concerts in the bar dowstairs, it was a very nice way to spend the evening (concert is free for hotel guests). Breakfast was included, there was a huge variety of food to choose from.
Disliked: My and my friends' room had sealed windows, as they were facing the patio where breakfast was served. Not being able to ventilate the room was a big downside (turned out our rooms were the only two ones with sealed windows). The seal on shower door wasn't working properly and after shower there was a lot of water on the bathroom floor outside the cabin. Apart from that- I really enjoyed the place.

Liked: The staff were lovely and the bathroom was great. The bed was comfortable, too.
Disliked: I was mislead by the advertising. I required a hotel with a carpark, and this was advertised as having parking. I received an email 2 days before my stay informing me the spaces were limited (not advertised) and I needed to book in advance if I wanted one. I immediately emailed them and was informed they were all taken. Extremely annoying, as this was a key factor in choosing the hotel. The room was much, much smaller than the photos suggested. I paid for the best room, and it was very small. The floors were timber, which is fine, but they were insanely loud to walk on. Every step was loud. I feel that all the advertising was misleading.
