Liked: The neighbourhood wher the hotel is situated is very friendly and has all the facilities - metro station at 600 m, restaurants open all night, convenience store open until 10 p.m., a nice plaza. The hotel itself is located at the second floor of a cinema complex. Underground parking for a fee is available and convenient. The room we booked was reasonable and pleasant. Cleaning stuff was helpful. The room was spatious and clean.
Disliked: Although on Booking they say "pay at the property", a deposit of 150 EUR was taken from my card before arrival, and although the hosts promised to return it after checkout, 5 days later it was not returned. I have travelled to other properties that say "pay at the property" and I was never asked to pay in advance - in fact, there are places where you can only reserve if you pay in advance. They should clearly specify whether they require a deposit, and if this is the case, when the deposit will be returned. I would have not reserved the room if I was aware of this condition.
