Home away from home

Liked: A comfortable older very clean hotel with lots of charm and amazing staff. We decided to just stay at the hotel to eat that evening as we had traveled all day and it was raining outside. We enjoyed the wine and flammekuchen in the cozy atmosphere as well as the staff who were so friendly and fun.The beds were comfortable.Parking on the premises.Great value!

Liked: V clean and comfortable! Beds were very comfortable. What is exceptional is the staff. The lady receptionist is very kind and helpful. She went out of her way to help us when I asked for toothbrush, disposal spoons, where to eat on Christmas Eve. She called each restaurant to check if they were open. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful!

Liked: Hotel Heidelberg is a gem. It’s very easy to reach from the autobahn and the old town is just 10 mins away by tram. Bianca and her staff are fantastic.

Room 14 very bad mattress....

Liked: Outstanding hospitality from the staff!
Disliked: Our queen bed was horrible. A big lump in the middle, and on both sides we felt that we were almost going to fall off the edge of the bed (room 14). Need a new mattress!!! Other than that, it was great.
