Liked: Excellent breakfast. Great location - close to Lego House and Lgoland. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room.

Handy hotel for Billund airport....

Liked: Comfortable room, and very good value for money. Iron and ironing board in the room.
Disliked: Sensor tap did not work properly. Bedside lights were hard to navigate.No shampoo/conditioner. Only one pillow.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Nice restaurant. The lobby was neat which did not correlate to the rooms.
Disliked: The room was not soundproofed at all. Evey one walking and talking outside and in neighboring rooms could just as well have been standing in the room. The rooms were pretty big so they could easily have spend a little more space on the sound proofing.There were no shampoo available in the shower. Also the rooms did not auto-lock like they usually do in hotels. So, at one in the night a stranger entered the room and scared the *** out of me.

Very good

Liked: The breakfast was good, had different options and pastries. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were quite big and our family with a small baby got also a baby bed (for a small extra charge).
Disliked: The baby bed had dirty sheets, someone forgot to change it, but after we discovered it the sheets were replaced.
