Liked: The place was clean, comfortable and great for a family with kids. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is good, right next to the U3 metro line and within walking distance to a lot of shops. It's really close to the aquarium/zoo "Hause de Meeres" a great place for kids to visit.
Disliked: The breakfast room was pretty small and cramped, and the food lacked in variety. But it was Ok-ish for a quick meal before going into town.
