Perfect location.

Liked: The location is perfect, next to the underground station as well as walking distance from a lot of things. Literally next to the Aquarium, if you travel with kids this is amazing. Also walking distance to the undergrounds station on the Schönbrunn line and Zoo.
Disliked: The small sign at the door, took me a while to spot it.

Disliked: One lift was broken, it was difficult to go upstairs with the remaining small lift with all luggage (it is the top floor).

Good location, clean place

Liked: It was very clean, the staff was really kind and welcoming.The location was perfect, on the shopping district, plus access to U3 directly to go to Stephansplatz or just walk 10 mins to the museums.
Disliked: The rooms were kinda small and they need renovation. the breakfast is limitted, but still OK.
