Liked: Location was perfectly awesome , perfect for all ages, family in day . Singles and Couples at night. I had a great 30TH BIRTHDAY HERE. PERFECT HOTEL. :)
Disliked: Not enough soap/ lotions for suite rooms , need more pillows on bed as well as blankets .

Liked: I like the staff (very well trained, polite, always open to help the client);I like the localization of the hotel as well as the enjoyable decoration of it;
Disliked: In the bedroom >There was not enough light at the head of the bed to read In the breakfast area > The chairs and tables are not comfortable and the place is noisy

Good location, poor value, terrible...

Liked: Rooms were well-appointed and clean. Our courtyard-facing room was nice and quiet overnight. The pool is delightful. Location within the Ybor is excellent.
Disliked: Room was not ready at check-in. They charge you a $100 "amenities fee," which is basically for two bottles of water and coffee in the morning. Our safe broke - nobody knew how to open it and they would not call in anyone from maintenance to open it - we had to change our flight because staff didn't care.

I would stay here again...

Liked: I have no idea where the hotel was located. The hotel was nice and Staff were all great. They even helped me with zeroing in my Uber driver to the hotel. Room was fine and clean. Only issue was the shower knob was turned off very hard and maintenance had to come and turn it on. They were pretty quick and nice about it. I would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: All was good.
