Liked: Good location, comfortable bed, nice breakfast.
Disliked: Definitely overpaid for the stay. Room was not as in pictures. The pictures showed floor to ceiling windows and a prestigious decor, upon arrival the room had small windows and a dated decor that looked more like a budget airport hotel than a 5 star hotel. I booked courtyard view but got a street view. Staff was professional and friendly and agreed to give us a new room, but this definitely affected our stay and left a negative impression on the hotel. We were given bad seating at breakfast even though better seating was available and was given to us after asking twice. OK stay but definitely not worth the money.

We loved everything about this...

Liked: Our room was wonderful and had everything we could possibly need, slippers, robe, heated bathroom floors, super comfortable beds and warm doonas. The breakfast room was incredible with views over the water area, and one of the most interesting and delicious selections we have ever seen. Will definitely be back!
Disliked: Nothing.

Near perfect

Liked: Good hotel, close to all main sites. Full and great service.
Disliked: I would have given a perfect 10 if it was not for the last night where a youth party was held in the event space Bank in front of the hotel. Was not able to sleep until 3am because of the noise.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast! Clean rooms, excellent WIFI. Location is ideal for sightseeing in Helsinki.
Disliked: I liked everything about this hotel, no complaints or negative impressions at all.
