Liked: A good location with 4 minutes walk to the tram stration, a classic & clean room, and friendly staff. I did not feel fit after the long train ride, and the staff helped me. It was very kind.
Disliked: Nothing! I would come here again :)

Disliked: I booked this hotel because of the pool, they showed in pics in Booking and being +30Cº in Germany it was my decision. Pool hasn't been available for MONTHS. It's closed. Their website still shows pics about it.Further, no AC in the room, no refrigerator, which made it impossible to stay in the room from 9 am in the morning until 10pm, and then you had to sleep with open windows hearing everyone else complaining outside as well. For me, not being able to stay in the room during the day is terrible, as my work requires at some point of the day strong wifi connection (which was also weak and terrible) and being able to edit work and upload it for the client. I literally had to LEAVE the hotel in order to find all these things I needed.And I booked a 30 m2 room, which was not even close to reality. Much much smaller. Also, they announce "flat screen TV", which is so small, that you don't see it from the bed, you have to take a chair and sit in front of it, to be able to read something.All these reasons, lies about the pool, no ac, no refrigerator, not being able to stay in the room during the day, made it my worst experience in my life. Never ever going back nor recommending it.

Liked: Super nice location, competent & friendly staff, comfortable & cozy rooms. Unfortunately the pool will be out of order for all 2024.
Disliked: Pool out of order till end of 2024.
