I strongly advise against staying...
Liked: Close to the train station
Disliked: I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and downright rude. I accidentally left valuable Chanel creams in the bathroom of my room. When I called the hotel that same evening, I was told to call again the next morning. The next day, the receptionist said they didn’t speak english. I then sent both an email and a message via Booking, and had to wait two full days before receiving any kind of response.Since I was still in the city (fortunately staying at a different hotel), I went to the hotel in person. The staff was dismissive and careless, simply saying they hadn’t found anything and there was nothing they could do. Even when I explained the value of the items and how much effort I had put into trying to reach them — two calls, two emails, and no reply for three days — they acted with complete indifference.

Liked: Very good with sufficient and variable items. quick service and table cleaning
Disliked: to check if all room lights are in working condition prior to guest arrival

Liked: The Hotel was very clean , Staff was friendly, Breakfast was good and plenty
Disliked: The only thing I could suggest is a bathroom upgrade. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay.

Very unpleasant experience
Liked: It was close enough to the venue for my work
Disliked: The male staff of the hotel were unfriendly, unhelpful, and disrespectful. The staff made a mistake of requesting a payment upon check out while booking.com charged me later again, twice actually. When I called the hotel to find a solution, they told me this was not their problem, literally. The customer service from booking.com eventually cancelled the charges back to my credit card, but the whole story cost nerves and stress, and the whole experience was extremely unpleasant.What's more, the staircase between floors had a very strong and repugnant stench, to the point that it made you want to vomit. Even though I was on the second floor, I had to take an elevator to avoid the stench.
