Quiet, comfortable and friendly staff

Liked: Loved the convenient location and how amazingly quiet it was for facing the Main Street and station. Infused water in lobby was a nice touch.

Lovely time in the Hotel...

Liked: Close to Mainz Hbf, good restaurants and grocery stores. The rooms were so nice! The staff was fantastic the whole time. Evening desk person, Freshteh Azizi was so pleasant and helpful! Freshteh assisted with restaurant reservations, providing ice at night, pouring cocktails, and arranging sauna time, always with a smile! The room was well stocked and maintained.
Disliked: Nothing, I would stay again.

Liked: Great location for accessing the train and the central city.

Good for an FRA layover.

Liked: Proximity to nice train station was key. Fairly easy to walk to all major points in nice town. Room was very quiet. Was very clean. Water was hot and plentiful. Bed was comfortable - firm as we like it. Overall a great place for a one-night layover near to FRA.
Disliked: Well, the “penthouse” pictures online that induced me to pick that offering did not represent well the very average room we got. The fellow at the desk at checkin seemed a bit difficult to work with….Maybe a language thing, maybe not. Could stand better, blackout curtains.
