Stay at Hotel Hamburger Hof

Liked: It’s just across the Frankfurt Central station. It’s so much easier to get around.Facilities were good and felt like worth the price.Room was well heated and also had separate aircon optionStaff were very helpful, kind and courteous. Even after checkout they allowed me to store luggage, offered free coffee and even allowed to use facilities
Disliked: Hotel name was too small to read from across the road

Perfect for a short city...

Liked: Central location directly next to the main train station. A lot of restaurants nearby. Clean modern rooms. Friendly design.
Disliked: The waste of the washbasin in the bathroom was blocked. On a Sunday there was nobody available to fix it. Another room was not available.

Perfectly located near to the...

Liked: The staff at reception were very friendly, spoke good English and were quick to respond. I appreciated receiving a free room upgrade and being allowed to check in early around 6am with no extra cost involved. It's perfectly located near to the main Frankfurt train station so it's ideal for anyone needing a place to stay before/after getting a train!
