Liked: The location is great, and while the restaurant is on the pricey side, the food was quite good.
Disliked: I encountered a mouse on the floor, the heating didn’t work, the room was not cleaned initially and wasn’t thoroughly cleaned even after I requested it. Additionally, the room’s light wasn’t functioning.

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and nice. We stayed for just one night and we slept comfortably. We slept till 9 and almost didn't get breakfast, because that ends at 10. Breakfast was good.

Liked: Great staff, excellent breakfast, great location, good restaurant and coffee shop in the hotel. We hired bikes from the hotel which was a great way to see the area.

Liked: I ate at the restaurant of the hotel both nights of my staying. Great Chef! My compliments.

Liked: Breakfast was great with fresh orange juice and plenty of variety.
Disliked: The room itself was a bit disappointing, with some of the element showing their age and wear. The bathroom itself was decorated rather plainly and showed its heavy use. The stand alone bath was great.

Great Location. Make sure you...

Liked: The location is fantastic. We enjoy the small sauna on the roof and the rooftop bar.
Disliked: We were not given the room we booked. We booked a large room and were given one that barely had room for a bed. When we went down to the desk to find out what the problem was we were treated like we had done something wrong. We were actually told that our room had been "upgraded" and they seemed genuinely put out to have to change us to the room that we booked. We have stayed here many times. This is not the first time that we have experienced this.
