Hotel staff all very nice...

Liked: Small hotel not far from the main square so great for the Christmas market. 10 minute walk to the main train station that take you to and from the airport in 20 minutes.
Disliked: All was good. There’s nothing negative to write.

Great location for exploring Krakow

Liked: Great breakfast and only 5 minutes walk from the main town square
Disliked: Our room was a bit on the plain side and not as represented by the photos on Booking.com

Liked: Great location right I thd center of everything market and main shopping area. The staff make this hotel they are friendly and helpful in reception and in the breakfast room. The hotel is very clean everywhere room serviced daily nice quality shower gels and great pressure in the shower..Excellent breakfast with great choice with hot and cold buffet, pastries and omelette/ fried eggs made to order. Free tea/coffee and pastries available in the lobby sll day/night.Thanks gor a great stay we will be back and recommend to others.

Fantastic hotel, brilliant location, highly...

Liked: Hotel was spotless. Breakfast was excellent, huge variety. Our room was cleaned & beds made up every day. Had an early start one morning to go on a tour, would miss breakfast, staff arranged a lovely packed lunch for us instead. Day of departure some lovely toffees left on our door handle & reception staff gave us some wrapped up fruit as we were leaving. Arranged taxi for us to go to airport. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff all very welcoming and friendly. The lift was very quick.Hotel just a couple minutes walk to main square. Excellent hotel, highly recommend!
Disliked: Nothing! No complaints at all

Very good

Liked: Excellent location. Modern hotel. Friendly staff.
Disliked: I could hear the music in the reception in my room, which disturbed me. The room was very hot despite turning off the heating.
