Always good to return here...

Liked: A pleasure to return to this family run hotel. Breakfast is good and plenty to choose from. "Kaffee und Kuechen" a lovely touch. Best is the heated indoor pool area.

We stayed in another building...

Disliked: One colleague lost his key and the service was rude and poor. We had to pay 20€ to get a new key. Totally unacceptable

Very good

Liked: Great room and location. Staff was very courteous.
Disliked: The bathroom had a smell in it that didn't go away the entire stay.

Looking forward to my next...

Liked: Great place t9o stay for a couple of days, nice staff and a really loely buffet!
Disliked: In my booking system a sauna was offered which seems to be an old information that has not been updated.

Lovely hotel in great location

Liked: The hotel was in a great location with plenty of shops restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The bed were super comfy and our room was huge with an added living area.
Disliked: You have to pay extra for parking and some of the breakfast waiting staff were rude/grumpy when you asked a question . It could have been a language barrier but they didnt smile a great deal
