Overall very good.
Liked: Good locationCleanNice roomGreat bathroom
Disliked: A lot of ups and downs to get to the room.Many stairways. Difficult with luggage

We stayed in another building...
Disliked: One colleague lost his key and the service was rude and poor. We had to pay 20€ to get a new key. Totally unacceptable

Liked: Great room and location. Staff was very courteous.
Disliked: The bathroom had a smell in it that didn't go away the entire stay.

Liked: Great place t9o stay for a couple of days, nice staff and a really loely buffet!
Disliked: In my booking system a sauna was offered which seems to be an old information that has not been updated.

Lovely hotel in great location
Liked: The hotel was in a great location with plenty of shops restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The bed were super comfy and our room was huge with an added living area.
Disliked: You have to pay extra for parking and some of the breakfast waiting staff were rude/grumpy when you asked a question . It could have been a language barrier but they didnt smile a great deal

Exceptional
Liked: I was on Friday, in May, so probably due to the low season, the hotel was not full. The swimpool at the evening was available and empty, and the next morning it was only a few people. I loved breakfast, great variety, and all fresh and delicious. Everything was super delicious. My room was big and clean. I probably will return here again
Disliked: The bath-shower behaviour was a bit odd, but it didn't bother me much. When you turn on the shower and try to switch it to "bath" mode - it turned back to "shower"
