Liked: I’ve stayed before, it’s a no- brainer in Grinnell. Totally cool concept.
Disliked: It’s too hands off for me. I realize there’s a new F&B relationship afoot, that should inject some enthusiasm. I expect traditional services, completely absent this visit.

Comfortable place in downtown Grinnell

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located, the sink and mirror are very useful as part of the room and the furnishings are great. Temperature control was great and the bed and linens were comfortable.
Disliked: The air system has a deep rumbling sound that seems louder than it should be for a room. The toilet was wobbly, uncomfortably so. The shower splashes out of the shower given the design.
