Nice and clean option at...

Liked: It was very clean, no problem with parking, and the staff was friendly. I didn't try the pool and spa options but I did saw in the elevator that entry to the gym is free (didn't go to the gym as well).
Disliked: The breakfast options could improve. It wasn't bad but there is room for improvement there as it was quite basic. Another negative aspect is the room door. When people are opening other doors, the room door has a small wiggle space and it makes an annoying sound.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and thoughtful, they accommodated us and all our requests and even went the extra step to make us feel comfortable.The staff was also very helpful with the attractions, how where and when, making everything easier for us.

Disliked: Location.

It was okay for one...

Liked: The staff was professional and pleasant.
Disliked: Our room had 14 degrees and the AC on, which for November is crazy, no heating possible. Photos look better than in reality.

Very relaxing stay at Grifone

Liked: The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was first class.Rooms were attended to every day.Gym and early evening drinks were also a plus.
Disliked: It was not the hotels fault, but many customers arrived very late in the evening, and the walls/ceiling were not very soundproof.

A great trip to Florence...

Liked: I Think the hotel was pretty good. I loved that it was clean and the staff was always so kind and helpfull. It was easy to get into town from the hotel. And it was quiet around the hotel.
Disliked: The only thing that was not good was during our stay. We could hear knocking sounds and it sounded like someone was making those sounds with a hammer. And it was everyday and Every night. We could live with it because we where out all day being tourist. But it was annoying in the end.
