Liked: A lovely, charming hotel with friendly staff. The team is very customer-oriented, and the atmosphere in the hotel is great. I really liked the location—close to the city center but nestled in a nice residential area, away from the noise and hustle of Florence.The only thing that slightly disrupted the wonderful idyll was the sight of chemtrails while I was sitting on the balcony, enjoying the beauty and springtime of Florence.Everything else was perfect—thank you for the experience!
