Don’t be mislead by bookings...

Liked: Room was pokey with no drawers no chairs no table. Having paid for breakfast all that was provided was Coffee OR Orange juice one piece fruit and one other item. Any thing else from the paltry selection had to be paid for.

On the whole it is...

Liked: Breakfast stall location is good and within the hotel compound. Would appreciate if there were more savoury choices
Disliked: We have to go out to the walkway to get to our rooms. No help with the luggages

A wonderful experience

Liked: The Hotel is at a great location on the Collin’s Ave, very close to restaurants, CVS and small shops, as well to Ocean Drive. The front desk was absolutely knowledgeable, polite and competent. The room was for our needs good sized, very clean, they have a fridge, TV, hair dryer, soap, shampoo etc. from a very good quality brand. The cleaning staff was discreet and diligent. They have a beach access just down the street, and you can get your towels at the front desk. The valet service was quick and reliable, for the Miami parking rates on the cheaper end.
Disliked: The only thing I was missing as a woman was the full length mirror and a makeup mirror

Comfortable hotel in a good...

Liked: We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Greystone. The room was comfortable, although on the small side, and the location was good. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant.

Great stay in Miami Beach

Liked: It was a great location and the hotel staff was very friendly. The rooftop pool is very nice and everything was clean.

Liked: Great location, we loved the roof top pool/bar and had a fantastic meal in the restaurant.
Disliked: A coffee machine in the room would have been great

Disliked: The rooms could be a little bigger, but they’re more than adequate and very clean. Plus the bed was super comfortable.
