Overrated and overpriced.

Disappointing

Pleasant

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: The bed is too soft. and the toilet seat broke. also the Michelin star restaurant was not open on the day that I stayed there.

A perfect end to our...

Liked: The staff were absolutely excellent. So, so helpful and really went out of their way to make our stay special. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and the hotel is wonderfully situated. We also loved the additional amenities of the day pass for a brilliant gym nearby and the beach space, both of which were unexpected. We will definitely be back when we visit Key West one day, we will also fully recommend this hotel to others.

Liked: - the staff is super friendly and try to make everything possible- the breakfast offered was AWESOME! - close to MIAMI Beach - very clean and nice rooms
Disliked: It’s a little loud at night (also in the rooms), but I guess it’s Miami Beach so you know when you book ;)

Great location, beautiful property, lacking...

Liked: Great location. Beautiful design, high quality finishes.
Disliked: Very limited amenities.. no tea or coffee in room, no in room dining, long wait at the cafe. You pay $42 for a day pass and the front desk is often out of towels and the beach includes the sun lounges but you need to pay extra for an umbrella. There are some little things that could add to the otherwise beautiful property.
