Perfect location, exceptionally nice team,...

Liked: Very nice and stylish - would call it a Small Luxury Hotel with exceptional nice staff!
Disliked: Location is perfect, such a nice reception staff and management with lots of real good tips to eat/go/be! Room very nice! Pool on rooftop is very nice to relax!

We were looking for a...

Liked: Pool onsite, great gym, good food from the stop-and-go cafe, and a really nice bar + happy hour.
Disliked: Extremely overpriced. The courtyard building felt like a motel or college dorm. The elevator was out the entire trip and they still had us stay on the fourth floor. Front desk staff seemed like they were annoyed to be there and asked any questions. Onsite restaurant is heavily overpriced. Pool is not heated and somewhat of a sad setup — didn’t even roll the cushions out for seating.

Perfect location and top notch...

Liked: Staff here was so welcoming and hospitable - went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The grounds were well taken care of and very clean and aesthetic. We loved the rooftop pool and beach access. Food and cocktails exceeded expectations. Location was great a block from the beach and in the heart of South Beach.
Disliked: No complaints
