Great location, beautiful property, lacking...

Liked: Great location. Beautiful design, high quality finishes.
Disliked: Very limited amenities.. no tea or coffee in room, no in room dining, long wait at the cafe. You pay $42 for a day pass and the front desk is often out of towels and the beach includes the sun lounges but you need to pay extra for an umbrella. There are some little things that could add to the otherwise beautiful property.

Disliked: The beach chairs were set up like we were at a drive in movie instead of the beach. Couldn't see the water

Liked: The location is convenient. There's a CVS store right across the hotel.
Disliked: The room service was slow and bad. One day we left two unopened juices in a bag on the floor in the room and went outside, the custodian took them away.

Disliked: Nothing, it’s perfect! Wish we had stayed here longer.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodated our needs very promptly. We were able to check in early and check out late. I loved the roof-top pool, even though the water was cool. The jazz bar had a live performance and nice. The location was perfect.
