Perfect from check in to...

Liked: The inside was beautiful. They kept the historic feel with high end upgrades. The front staff, Rally, was phenomenal! The night staff didn’t show and so she stayed all night. She says she knew I was out at a show with friends and wanted to make sure I could get back in at the end of my night (in case my key card didn’t work) Unexpected and a pretty amazing human. Would definitely stay again with that kind of friendly service.

Liked: The premise is lovely, and the stuff was absolutely wonderful, very kind and helpful, they made me feel at home straightaway. My room was cute and very clean and I was within 20-30 mins max of all main attractions in Portland.

Liked: We love staying at the Hotel Grand Stark. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff is always super helpful and friendly.
Disliked: We had no complaints.

Lovely hotel, but a need...

Liked: Decor and location was great! The robes are also so fluffy and there is great room service!
Disliked: I was confirmed a late check-out via email but was denied this upon arrival. The street can also be a little bit noisy but they provide earplugs and can give you a white boise machine.

Overall good.

Liked: I liked free coffee in the morning and the food and drink options nearby.
Disliked: The heating unit was not strong enough for the cold weather.
