Liked: Our room at Hotel Grand Stark was spacious and clean. It was spacious and quiet. The hotel staff were all very helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: The parking can be tricky in the neighborhood. We chose to valet to make it easier.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and welcoming with wooden floors and well chosen fabrics. The shower was really nice too!
Disliked: The doors did let a little noise through but it wasn't really much of an issue.

Disliked: Just be aware there is a shelter in front of the hotel, we didn’t had any issues with no one so it was okay.

Liked: What a great remodel. Super nice but casual. Close to things to do both east side and west
Disliked: We were very surprised to arrive at our pet friendly hotel and be asked if we were aware of their $100 pet fee. No we were not. Booking does a terrible job of adding a pet to a booking. As in you can’t. Just people and children. And we told the hotel that we were bringing a dog. We received a fairly generic reply. Nothing about the $100 fee.
