Beautiful clean facility located in...

Liked: Clean indoor facilities that were secured by staff.
Disliked: This hotel does not have isn’t own parking lot (only valet which was not disclosed during initial reservation) and is located in the rough part of town surrounded by unhoused people. In the night you can hear rats clawing between the walls.

Liked: Beautiful property and excellent staff. A shame they didn’t install better windows to block out the street sounds, like the gentleman having a mental health crisis all night long outside my room. Maybe install thick curtains to help?

Liked: The hotel itself is nice great restaurant inside the room kind of gave off 40/50’s vibe very cute for solo travelers. The location not so much very noisy all night long can hear the train close by and many many homeless in the area. Parking was pay to park so I did valet

Liked: I absolutely loved the room. Very nicely decorated. Didn’t feel like a hotel room. Bed was also great.
