Not what I expected

Liked: I was able to walk to Palacio de Los Deportes which is about a 15 minute walk into the venue and the hotel seems to have been recently remodeled.
Disliked: I had two issues with this property. First is they allowed people who were not staying to roam the different floors and the elevators walking with no wristband (which you are given at check-in showing you are a guest). Second tbe AC unit smelled bad could have fungus or something I caught a nasty respiratory infection after leaving the hotel plus it's extremely loud.Last, if you request a late checkout even an hour they request a payment of 1,000 pesos.

Liked: I liked the comfort of the room and the easy access to the airport.
Disliked: I didn’t like the noise from the street, they need ti make sure the noise is isolated more. The cars were very noise and the birds on the trees.

Liked: From the moment I arrived, everyone was so helpful, and with an awesome vibe. The room was nice and clean, the food was great!!!. The airport shuttle was so helpful.
