Smart hotel - badly fitted...

Liked: The windows in the rooms do not seal very well and let in too much noise. This is the second time I have stayed here in different rooms but the same problem

Liked: Not particularly helpful reception, I asked for a sachet of decaf coffee for the room, was told I have to ask the restaurant. The rooms were comfortable but noisy if you want an early night.The manager or owner needs to stay in a room. For example the shampoo etc comes in tubes. You unscrew the lid and there is a tin foil in covering, Almost impossible to get off win the shower. Likewise the water bottles I could not open. Details but four star hotels should have these sorted.They also charge 50 zl for every hour over the checkout time, gives impression just want to extract as much as possible.Excellent location but very poor attention to detail and maybe a few more helpful staff.

Mediocre at best - not...

Liked: The hotel was dated, not the cleanest either. The staff were ok. The breakfast smelt horrendous and the lifts and corridors smelt of smoke. The bed was not comfy at all. Appreciated the black out blinds though. Not worth the money - much better hotels on Wrocław that are cheaper or the same price.
