Lots of problems with room...

Liked: Good location and nice view. Clean and basic, bed was comfy but nothing to write home about. Staff were pleasant.
Disliked: First room we were given, the bathroom was flooded with water dripping from ceiling downlight. My husband nearly fell over when he walked in there. In the room we were given after that, the tv in the bedroom didn’t work, the curtain in the bedroom was broken so we were woken very early with sunlight and I went to open the 1 small pack of complimentary biscuits and they were already open and stale. Staff were pleasant and apologetic but we had that many legitimate issues that I would have expected even a gesture of compensation.
