Liked: Like the room and the floor with the view
Disliked: The phone wasn't working in the room to ring room service and the powerpoint on the left side of bed didn't work either when checked in and also the motel didn't notified me about parking. Because I parked at the front and on Sunday between 4am to 7am I think that they have market along Flinders Street and if cars that park along that street will be towed away. So I have to pay $350 to took the car out from the towing place. Which I'm not happy about that. When simple thing that they should have told me when I first checked in.

Liked: Room - bathrooms are tired and could do with upgrading. Bathroom screen very "Water" Stained and our bathroom sink missing part of the tap etc. Generally the property is starting to look very tired.
Disliked: As per above. Pillows not greatStaff didn't really talk to us on arrival other than taking my card for a deposit.No questions asked of us, didn't ask if we were visiting no information offered on what to do etc

Liked: Clean rooms, friendly staff
Disliked: One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the rooftop pool for some relaxation as we were on holidays, were not informed on check in that it was out of order, just a sign near the stairs, I believe we should have received some compensation. Room balcony looked way to unstable to use, so we didn't. Buffet breakfast, good selection, but hot food barely luke warm.

Liked: Room comfort, view, in-room facilities, gym, restaurant, shampoo/conditioner.
Disliked: Pool was not in use and no attempt at advising prior to arrival - poor.Parking - not convenient and did not feel safe accessing at night. Additional $15 fee that was not advised until arrival.
