Superb

Liked: Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room. Little balcony for fresh air which we appreciated. Very close for tram connection to get to any of the sights in central Melbourne for free or you can walk. Great eateries in walking distance.

Good value for money with...

Liked: Staff were super friendly. Good location. Buffet breakfast was excellent. We received a complementary upgrade. Check-in and out was very quick and efficient.
Disliked: Rooms were fairly basic with average views

Really good wished it could...

Liked: The buffet breakfast was lovely, plenty of choices would like to have had more time to enjoy it but had an early flight. The staff were all really pleasant and helpful. The location was great right in the centre with plenty of restaurants close by.

Renovating

Liked: Great location and lovely staff
Disliked: Sewerage smell in our shower. Renovations were inconvenient and should have attracted a lower tariff or at least forewarning prior to our visit.
