Liked: The hotel itself is fantastic. Spacious and clean rooms with friendly staff. Ie: exactly what I would expect from a Grand Chancellor
Disliked: The location should be good, being close to transport, etc... but Hindley Street is an absolute dump. Ive been in plenty of "party" streets but this was full of drunks and very sketchy characters. The dodgy looking massage palours next door added to the seediness. In the morning there was trash everywhere outside combined with other bodily fluids on the ground.I guess this isnt the fault of the Hotel but it is something travellers should be aware of.The other thing that annoyed me were the drunk guests in the room next door crashing into walls, slamming doors and making far too much noise until 12:30am when I was trying to get some sleep prior to an early wake up.

Liked: Great location in central Adelaide, the room was a twin double which was very spacious and the beds comfortable
Disliked: The car parking was a bit clunky only having one of the 3 lifts that actually went down to the basement where the parking was located.
