First time in Girona for...

Liked: First time in Girona; road cycling trip. Had seen this hotel was bike friendly so chose it for that and it's location near the old town. Super comfy bed. Breakfast very good. Secure and well equipped bike room with bike stand, tools, bike wash facility etc. Helpful & friendly staff. Overall 9/10 rating.
Disliked: A very minor point but my room had a shower over the bath; I prefer a walk in shower. There was a good handrail though so not really a big deal.

Pleasant Hotel in Girona -...

Liked: Clean comfortable room and bed. Great shower. Loved the location close to this gorgeous, friendly town and the hotel is an easy walk to the train station. Tea kettle in room. Our room faced a wall and was beautifully decorated. Three elevators provided quick service.
Disliked: We would have preferred the sunny side (western facing) roof deck to be open earlier in the afternoon. That deck and bar was locked until 1800 - by then it was dark, cold and windy. The second roof deck was shaded and cold in the afternoon so we didn't have an opportunity to enjoy either of these beautiful spaces at all.

Liked: Staff was kind and helpful.Room is spatious, clean and comfortable. Very close to the historical center of the city.
Disliked: Pillows were terrible.A bit noisy at night because it is in a lively neighborhood but still not too bothering with the windows closed.

Location, location, location!

Liked: Great location! Walking distance from the train station (from which I arrived) and to all the main attractions you'd want to visit in Girona, literally 2 minutes to Parc de la Devesa, Placa de la Independencia and the old medieval town. The rooftop bar is also very nice, has a great sunset view. Staff was super friendly too, they give you a map highlighted with all the spots to hit in Girona.
Disliked: Nothing to say.
