Liked: The location and personal were great. The heating was switched on during cold nights, so it was warm
Disliked: Too noisy, it feels like you have open doors for the corridor all the time, and you hear others' steps and conversations. The breakfast was a bit poor. There was no duvet cover for the blanket, just two sheets. Could be great to have a kettle in the room

Liked: Super close to the metro station

Disappointing

Liked: Very hot stuffy room. Choice of sleeping in over 30celcius room, or very slightly cooler if the window was open. Open windows meant a lot of loud traffic noise. Shower leaked so after 2 people showered the floor was as wet as the shower stall. Air conditioner would only heat the room for 2 of the 4 nights we stayed. Would not have stayed except had prepaid.

Pleasant

Liked: The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. And that's the best thing about the whole hotel
Disliked: The entire hotel needs updating. The room I stayed in is definitely old, although it was kept clean and well-maintained. The carpet and furniture, as well as the bathroom facilities need updating. I am not so sure that the price corresponds to the value of the service.

Exceptional

Liked: I really liked the hotel, I liked the location, I liked the transport accessibility. I liked the hospitality, the staff, the breakfast.

Liked: Room was clean and spacious. No TV only radio. Breakfast was wonderful!!!

Liked: The room was small but had a fridge. Great shower.
Disliked: The room was cold, central heating pipes and plumbing made funny noises and there was an unpleasant smell.
