Disliked: The gentlemen on the front desk needed help. He was kept far too busy working alone. No time to chat with guests. There are usually things I would ask concerning the city. Often the desk clerk is a good source of information. Not so here,

Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location, 100m from the metro station and you can reach the center in about 10 minutes. The staff is fantastic and extremely friendly. Starting from the receptionists who are kind and very helpful, through the wonderful ladie who work in the breakfast room , to the ladies who maintain hygiene. Everything is sparkling clean, both the rooms and the common areas in the hotel. Also, if you have a later flight, you can leave your luggage at the hotel.
