Liked: Room is big and comfortable, very varied and delicious breakfast, friendly staff, good commute to city centre, good location of the hotel
Disliked: I was listening to my neighbours all time being in hotel, especially at nights ((( there were no slippers, no standard hygiene kit in the room. I couldn't dry normally my hair the hairdryer turned off every 20-30 seconds and I should have waited when it again works

Liked: We had a lovely short stay at the Gran Bilbao Hotel, a very large room with a spacious bathroom (with separate shower and bathtub). The bed was very comfortable, sofa bed was also comfortable for a sofa bed! Leire at Front Desk was very informative and advised us to include the breakfast which was a great choice.We also had dinner, the waitresses were very friendly and accommodating as they were those for breakfast. By the way the breakfast has a great wide selection to choose from!
