Great staff. Would highly recommend.

Liked: My friend left without paying. The staff were very understanding and contacted both of us before they charged my card and didn't charge an admin fee. They also let him leave his bike at the hotel for a couple of days whilst he visited another city.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Arrival was unclear - a message in advance would have helped to clarify how to access the hotel and check in.

Liked: The staff was very nice, breakfast also good
Disliked: When I arrived there was no one in the reception and the entrance was locked. Fortunately other guests let me come in but otherwise I could have been totally at loss.
