Liked: A hotel right in the heart of Zaragoza. Accessible to all parts. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Bfast could be better for a 4 star hotel. WIfI was not good all the time.

Great value at Goya Hotel

Liked: Spacious + clean room. It was like a mini apartment with an entrance area separating bedroom from hallway. This is where shoe cabinet, closet + bathroom are located. Bathroom had double sinks + full bathtub. Location is VERY central; can walk to all the interesting sights. Many eating options right on the same street, but Plaza Espana + El Tubo close by, too.
Disliked: Nothing!

This was a really depressing...

Liked: It was situated in conveniently central place.
Disliked: We were put in a room where smoking was explicitly permitted. We did not imagine that this could be the case until we saw a sign saying 'permitido de fumar' and there was an ashtray. The room smelt of stale smoke. There was staining on the ceiling. Surely we should have been asked if we wanted a smoking room? Is this an issue with booking-dot-com? When I complained, the staff assured me that it was a non-smoking hotel - until I mentioned the sign and the ashtray.The decor was dated and depressing. The lift took us up to a corridor in disused part of the building. The breakfast was 2 star at the most. Our view form the window was of a wall and a construction site.

Disliked: NO Bar or Cafe in a 4 Star Hotel was disappointing.However, many places nearby, but that’s not the point.It would have been nice to relax with a drink in our own hotel.
