A special treat

Liked: Stayed in the inner sanctum suite. Outstanding loved every minute. The guys on the concierge are super friendly and the lovely chap at breakfast which was gorgeous. Shout out to Talia in particular who made me and my little dog feel so special.
Disliked: Club Brass was virtually empty but took ages to get a drink and asked for a pint colada but barman had no cream he said. It's a top class hotel. Very odd. Also I don't think the service charge upon check out should be applied. Extra 12 is alot

Wonderful relaxing and comfortable stay...

Liked: Decor was lovely and spotlessly clean .
Disliked: Seemed odd the reception being on the 6th floor at the top . Our room was on the first floor so when checking out we had to go up to the 6th floor and then back down to ground . Never known this in a hotel before and I would say it’s the only thing that spoils it . As you walk in the reception is your first impression of the hotel so not being on ground level you don’t get the wow factor immediately.

Brilliant location / felt like...

Liked: Interesting Gotham vibe. Large room, very nice bedding and huge bathroom
Disliked: Scaffolding all over the building

Liked: Everything at this hotel was excellent especially Jason on concierge he made a special day extra special ,breakfast delivered to our room was excellent cleanliness was 5star there was absolutely nothing to fault
Disliked: There wasn’t anything not to like
