Liked: Everything has been thought of. It’s a fantastic experience, not just a place to stay.
Disliked: Coming back late at night, there were some odd people hanging about around the front of hotel watching people come and go. Tried to strike a conversation with us and walk over, but I told them we weren’t interested in anything but there were clearly trying to sell something to us or get our attention and draw us away from enterance. Not really the hotels fault though in any way.

Liked: Great location hard working staff that were there. Bell boys were very helpful and the all staff encountered were polite.
Disliked: Not enough staff. Waited 1.5 hrs for food. Staff run off their feet with wedding. Had a cocktail in the bar and wife said it was disgusting. Had to take it back. Staff are doing their best, but not enough for a 5 star hotel.
