Liked: Centrally located car parking at rear of property. Room was clean, housekeeping lovely & helpful.
Disliked: Bathroom was tiny felt like we had been given a converted cupboard for a bedroom ensuite. Hotel - the meaning comes across as we can get dinner but it was a glorified Bed & Breakfast. Breakfast was self service nothing for a Gluten Free diet.

Reasonably priced, good location

Liked: Reasonably priced. Near SMN Train station, about 9 mins even with luggages it was not too bad a walk. Pretty late check out time about 12NN. They also have a luggage storage area in case you have a late night travel time like us so we still managed to go around Florence sans luggages. I also enjoyed their breakfast buffet, coffee was nice too. We also chose the location because it was near the Flixbus (bus)stop for our late night ride to Zurich. Prolly about 5 mins walk. Booked 2 rooms with two people each room and 1 room for 3 people. Rooms were just right for the intended occupants with 1 luggage each.
Disliked: They have a lift, we were placed on the 2nd floor (like a mezzanine?) but we still have to go down a wee flight of stairs. Going down was okay during check in but it was a struggle checking out

Convenient location, but quality is...

Liked: The location is quite convenient - the airport tram stop is just around the corner, the main train station is 10 minutes by foot and the city center is in walking distance as well. Breakfast is simple, but has some variety at least.
Disliked: Soundproofing is lacking - we could easily hear when someone was actively speaking in the adjacent room. Plumbing could use some work: water was draining very slowly. Soap bars were discarded each day during room cleaning, and shower gel was provided in single dose plastic packets - seems quite wasteful. They provide a wool plaid between two bedsheets instead of a normal blanket. No hot dishes at breakfast, and they refused to prepare breakfast to go for an early checkout (even though we asked in advance).
