Disliked: That there was a Hungry Jacks softdrink 🥤 cup on the verandah that previous tenants had been using for an ashtray was still on the verandah & not removed by cleaners

Liked: The location just around the corner from Springwood Shopping Mall was excellent. Access to the M1 north and south was very easy.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that caused me to think negatively about this property.

Liked: Fantastic location, great facilities with secure parking.
Disliked: No extraction fan in bathroom. Although it had double doors on balcony to eliminate outside noise I could easily hear next room noise.
